He is the founder Managing Partner of Talwar Thakore & Associates after retiring as senior partner from Crawford Bayley & Company, one of the largest Solicitors Firms in India. He is the legal counsel to various companies, multinational corporations, Indian and foreign banks and is on board of several leading companies such as Merck, Cadbury, Sandvik Asea, Blue Star Limited etc.

Mr. Kumar Nair, A.C.A., the Managing Director has about two decades of experience in the Capital Market, Investment Banking and Financial Services Industry. Prior to this he was the Vice President of Kotak Mahindra Finance Limited with wide experience in all the business segments of Capital Market and Investment Banking and was entrusted to set up Kotak Mutual Fund as its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Raghu Palat, F.C.A. from England and Wales, Director is an eminent Banker, Banking Advisor, Professional Trainer, Investment Advisor and Author. He was with American Express Bank for fifteen years in senior management capacity and with Bank International Indonesia for three years as its Chief Executive Officer and Country Head. He has authored several books in finance and investments. He is faculty at Bankers Training College and I.C.F.A.I. 

Mr. Kersi K. Dastur, B.Com., A. C. A. retired as Executive Director -Finance from Godrej Industries Ltd. where he was employed since 1965. He has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Trade Finance, Corporate Affairs, Commodities Market and FMCG business.

Mr. Pravin Khatau, MBA from Wharton is a very reputed investment banker with hugely successful stints with Goldman Sachs & Co, Barings etc at Zurich and then in London. He pioneered the entry of Goldman Sach’s into India. Presently he is the founder of LRM Holdings, Monaco and London, which invests globally in equity, convertibles and private equity.
